Shipping policy

Delivery

We will do our utmost to dispatch items within 48 working hours (2 working days) and you should receive your goods within 1-5 working days of dispatch for most items.

Usually we will ship items within 7 days, if an item is out of stock and has to be made, please allow up to 3 weeks.

We use a courier service for most of our large items. The price for post and packaging for most items is based on the price of your total order. (Please see table below.)

Some products state on the description clearly to contact us for a price for shippping out of mainland UK before you order, so please read the description fully before purchase.

PLEASE NOTE KMS, MAXTON and some other products we sell HAVE DIFFERENT SET P&P CHARGES, which we are required to charge. For any enquiries please contact us.

We may be able to offer a more competitive rate for customers with addresses other than UK Mainland, so please contact us for a personalised quote.

Any delivery date stated is intended as an estimate only. Once products are passed onto the courier/postal company NKE Performance is not liable for any loss caused through delay or failure to deliver.

If the Customer refuses or fails to take delivery of the Goods, or fails to take any action necessary on its part for delivery or shipment of the Goods, we shall be entitled to immediately cancel the order and recover from the Customer any loss and additional cost incurred as a result of such refusal or failure, and in any event retain any payment made prior to such refusal or failure.

NKE Performance will be entitled to make delivery of orders for parts by instalments, unless the customer expresses otherwise.
