Shipping Information
UK Delivery
We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United Kingdom for all our performance parts and flame kits.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (available at checkout)

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your parts arrive in perfect condition. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently focus on serving UK customers to ensure the best possible service and delivery times. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all components and documentation
- Not installed or fitted to a vehicle
- Free from any marks, scratches, or modifications
How to Return
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
- Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked service for your return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
